CAROLE JURY

Born in Folkstone, Kent she moved to Aberporth in West Wales from London in 1969.

Carole Jury has no formal art training though has attended occasional courses and workshops. She has had three solo exhibitions in Cardigan and participated in numerous group shows in South Wales


Her work has developed into two main areas, small still life paintings and strong colourful figurative works. She enjoys the discipline of still life painting as a change from the freedom needed with the figurative paintings.
